Central forwarding system SAMER®NET is intended for operators to support oil products tank-truck distribution on fuel terminals. SAMER®NET system’s close coopereration with fuel terminals automation systems SAMER®TAS enables tank-truck loading and unloading in a self-service procedure. This means that drivers do most of actions during the visit on the fuel terminal on their own, with the fuel terminal’s personnel minimal participation. The significant element of this scheme are multimedia kiosks for tank -truck drivers, the units like cashpoints, equipped with touch screen, proximity card reader, laser printer, air conditioner, CCTV camera and intercom. Multimedia kiosks are dedicated to work indor or outdoor.

Main system’s task includes orders transfer from ERP system (e.g. SAP R/3), dispositions management (clients arrival notes), drivers and vehicle basic data management and it’s transfer to local SAMER®TAS systems. Thanks to automatic synchronization of basic data, the tank-truck driver is serviced with the same proximity card and with the same PIN code on every fuel terminal. All comments about driver behaviour or vehicle defects are available on every fuel terminal.

The important element of the System is web application for wholesale customers for arrival notes registering and non-sensitive data management (e.g. delivery places). Sensitive basic data, like drivers personal data and vehicles data is registered after verification in central customer service.

  • creating “Card issue notification” letters, addressed for clients, which are added to card packages
  • text messages and e-mail notifications for clients, consumers and carriers about loading process on fuel terminal

Reports and balances module

  • reports and documents, provided from other modules, display and print
  • report export to PDF, HTML, RTF files (reports are exported with the most possible reflection of printed report, particularly pages division, headers and footers)
  • data export from reports to CSV (Comma Separted Values) files (this file is  recognised by Microsoft Excel as a simple data table, ready to process)
  • reports sending via emails (reports are enclosed as PDF, HTML, RTF or CSV file)
