The key role of this system is supporting productivity analysis of production lines. Basing on signals, provided by the PLC controllers, all outages (scheduled and unplanned) are registered in central data base and classified accordingly.
The System allows to analyse the losses caused by disturbances of line work rhythm. The duration of the line work rhythm is compared with the given one (depending on production variant) and every extension is noted as productivity loss.
Data analysis is possible thanks to the tools provides via www. The key information about current production is also displayed on the large-size monitors, located in the office and in production area. Additionally there are LED boards integrated with the System, to present selected coefficients.
