About Project
Vulcanization presses of conveyor belts in SEMPERTRANS Factory in Bełchatów were fitted with author’s GUTMER system which enables comprehensive service for production process. This system combine functions typical for industry automation systems and IT systems MES category. Main system’s task is to supervise and control technological processes, production monitoring, recipe and dispositions (in co-action with ERP system) as well as quality product control. The system has distributed and hierarchic structure. It operates basing on PLC controllers, servers and computer monitor stations. The system has been several times modernized and developed including production lines outage causes analysis module and interface to extruders control system.
