About Project
In the P&G Factory in Aleksandrów Łódzki Merrid implemented several new automation systems as well as developed existing systems. The biggest project was Process Water Control System, implemented in 2008, which was developed several times in the following years 2009 ÷ 2015. Another important project was Utility Monitoring System (UMS), designed in 2010 and Production Lines Supervisory System PROFICY, implemented in 2011. Also significant projects were Machine Vision System for packing lines (2010, 2011), modernization of power and control system in Wash Area (2011), development and modernization of SGP Process Controls System (2011) and modernization of the axis synchronization systems of the packing machines. Another major project was modernization of machines safety systems, according to SIL category.
